The Job:
Here are some of the things you’ll be doing,
- Assisting in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Assisting in creating and posting social media content.
- Providing consultations to our customers via phone, WhatsApp and Facebook messenger.
- Providing timely and accurate replies to customers’ enquiries.
- Providing wellness consultation for a customer.
- Consistently providing excellent customer service to further strengthen the customer relationship.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Requirements:
You’ll also be expected to have the following,
- Prior experience can be a plus, but a good attitude coupled with the willingness to learn and adapt is more important.
- Respect for people and ideas.
- Good English writing skills is a must. An ability to write in Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin is a plus-point.
- Organized and have good attention to detail.
- Bachelor Degree in Nutrition or any science discipline.

The Job:
Responsibilities
- To organize, to plan, and to supervise the day-to-day operations of baking products.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in baking breads and croissants.
- Working experience in the bread production factory will be an added advantage.
- Certificate or Diploma in Bakery will be an advantage.
Additional Details:
Remunerations
- Monthly salary between RM6k to RM20k, depending on experience and qualification.
- SOCSO & EPF, insurance covered.
- Accomodation for eligible candidates.
The Job:

- To execute and supervise the daily production of bakery products.
The Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a bakery.
- Working experience in the bread production factory will be an added advantage.
Additional Details:

- Monthly salary between RM4k to RM10k, depending on experience and qualification.
- SOCSO & EPF, insurance covered.
- Accomodation for eligible candidates.

- Assisting in achieving sale objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Requirements:
You’ll also be expected to have the following,
- Experience in sale will be additional advantages, but a good attitude coupled with the willingness to learn and adapt is more important.
- Respect for people and ideas.
- Ability to communicate in fluent English and Bahasa Melayu. An ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus-point.
- Organized and have good attention to detail.
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Nutrition.

- Assisting in developing and implementing sales plan.
- Conducting training to pharmacists and doctors via virtual and face-to- face meetings.
- Providing timely and accurate replies to customers’ enquiries and product information.
- Consistently providing excellent customer service to strengthen the customer relationship further and giving market feedback to the management.
- Assisting in achieving sales objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Marketing Department
- Building brand credibility and awareness through creative marketing.
- Assisting in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Creating persuasive, clear, and compelling content for marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos and newsletters.
- Creating and delivering value to our customers by using marketing strategies that are aligned with Nova’s mission.
The Requirements:
You’ll also be expected to have the following,
